A WORD FROM THE CHEF


"Greetings.


Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Pavel Chalupa and I am a professional chef. I’ve been passionate about cooking since an early age, which is why I decided to study at the secondary school of hospitality and gastronomy.


I have a wealth of experience with Czech cuisine, having learned from experienced professionals. I have spent the last 5 years abroad, for instance as a chef at an establishment on the border between Germany and France (Pfalz - Alsace), working with native chefs to prepare dishes of the local cuisine.

 

I am the Executive Chef for Morris hotels, and work to design menus for you with my professional and friendly staff."
